City of Winooski is requesting bids for the construction of the 2026 Road Resurfacing project, Contract No. STR-27-02. The project includes pavement resurfacing on three Class 3 Highways in Winooski, Vermont: 1) Cedar Street north of Brisson Court, 2) Dufresne Drive, and 3) Pinegrove Terrace. The work includes estimated quantities as follows: cold planing 11,800 square yards of bituminous concrete pavement, resurfacing with 1,130 tons of bituminous concrete wearing course, and traffic control during construction. An add-alternate scope includes the reconstruction of a limited segment of concrete curb with concrete sidewalk and turf restoration at the cul-de-sac of Dufresne Drive. Special instructions direct bidders to obtain all official notifications, addenda, and other bidding documents only through the Engineer. Each bid must be accompanied by bid security in accordance with the bidding documents. Performance and Payment bonds are required.
