Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Burbank, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The work under this contract shall be performed entirely within the City of Burbank, and consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and services, and performing all work necessary for the grinding and resurfacing of asphaltic concrete pavement, and all Portland Cement Concrete; curbs, gutters, integral curbs and gutters, cross gutters, spandrels, local depressions, sidewalks, commercial and residential driveways and pedestrian ramps, and removal of parkway improvements, and concrete grinding, in accordance with Sections 2 and 3 of the special provisions. All questions concerning this Bid Schedule may be submitted, via electronically Q & A, no later than March 29, 2019 @ 5:00 PM. The city of burbank reserves the right to reject any and all bids or ant item of the bid,and to waive informalities.
