The work under this contract shall be performed entirely within the City of Burbank, and consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and services, and performing all work necessary for the grinding and resurfacing of asphaltic concrete pavement, and all Portland Cement Concrete; curbs, gutters, integral curbs and gutters, cross gutters, spandrels, local depressions, sidewalks, commercial and residential driveways and pedestrian ramps, and removal of parkway improvements, and concrete grinding, in accordance with Sections 2 and 3 of the special provisions. All Bidder's Bonds will be in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total maximum amount of the bid. "Faithful Performance" and "Payment" corporate surety bonds on forms provided by the City or approved by the City Attorney, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid price, and Insurance in a form acceptable to the City.
