Renovation of an educational facility in Oshawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Durham College is seeking proposals for the interior renovations and mechanical room addition to the existing "D" Wing. The existing "D" Wing Building current services a combination of mechanical spaces, classrooms, administration areas, and laboratory spaces. The existing finishes and layouts are out of date and require upgrades to meet the current College standards. The purpose of the project is to renovate the existing spaces to suit the College's current functionality program and restore the interior finishes to suit the College's quality standards.
