Site work and paving for a civil project in Oshawa, Ontario. Design plans call for paving for a road / highway; and for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
Reconstruction and widening of Rossland Road, from 400 metres west of Ritson Road to Harmony Road. The preferred design includes widening Rossland Road to four lanes, adding right-turn and left-turn lanes at several locations on Rossland Road and on intersecting roads, a multi-use path located along the north side of Rossland Road, rehabilitating and twinning two existing culverts, replacing one culvert, and widening two bridges. TIMELINE: Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (MCEA) Study is complete as of mid 2025. Preferred design has been identified. Further design is pending. Approvals required. Update on scope & design may be available spring 2026. *Total cost estimate $44.4 million.
