The Project includes the following Facility Improvements at Valley Stadium, located at 4440 Mills Civic Parkway; West Des Moines, Iowa 50265. 1. Replacement of two existing portable ticket booths with two new permanent ticket booths located at the "home team" entrance and the "away team" entrance. 2. Renovation of two women's restrooms and two men's restrooms located below the "home team" bleachers. 3. Replacement of one elevator and improvement of the associated elevator shaft located directly behind the "home team" bleachers.
