Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in West Des Moines, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Scope of work includes, but is not limited to the following: Removal and replacement of existing parking lot pavement and curb, and minor grading improvements. Work to commence on or about June 1, 2022. All site work is to be substantially complete on or before July 29, 2022. Final Acceptance of the Project shall be on or before August 12, 2022. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid submitted. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Certificate of Insurance and Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds both in an amount equal to 100% of the Contract Price and in accordance with other requirements outlined in the Bid Documents.
