Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in West Des Moines, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to construct the project, including approximately 1,600 linear feet of 16" diameter water main, pressure reducing vault, fire hydrants and valves, connections to existing system, surface restoration, and miscellaneous associated items of work. Work on the improvement shall be commenced upon approval of the contract by the Board of Trustees. The Contractor shall substantially complete the project by November 20, 2020 and fully complete the project by May 7, 2021. Liquidated damages in the amount of Seven Hundred Fifty dollars ($750.00) per calendar day that the work remains uncompleted after the end of the contract period.
