Notice is hereby given that the Fresno Unified School District will receive sealed bids for Bid No. 19-46, Ventura & 10th- Old Juvenile Hall Demolition, Ph.1, to provide demo of existing north site structures, above slab, and building abatement of asbestos and lead. District hereby notifies all bidders that they will affirmatively ensure that in any Contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disabled veteran business enterprises (DVBE) will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, creed, sex or national origin in consideration for award.
