the Fresno Unified School District will receive sealed bids for Bid No. 24-16, Roeding Elementary School Confidential Spaces and Administration Building Modernization, to convert administration building into confidential offices and modernize existing workroom and classroom into a new office building with a nursing suite with isolation room and bathroom. Prime Contractor must have a valid Class "B" Contractor's License. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or a bidder's bond in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of total bids made payable to Fresno Unified. Prequalification applications are to be submitted through Quality Bidders at electronically no later than 11:59 PM, August 9, 2023.
