The County of Fresno on behalf of the Department of Public Works and Planning is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide the following: It is the intent to solicit and select an experienced consultant to serve as the County's Regional Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) Facility Manager, implementing various HHW-related programs, providing staffing, overseeing the day-to-day operations/maintenance of one or more HHW Facilities, meeting Federal, State and County reporting protocols, and ensuring proper disposal/recycling/placement of collected materials The consultant would serve for a period of three (3) years with the option of two (2) additional one-year term extensions.
