The City of Fresno, Department of Public Utilities (City) is seeking professional consultant services to design a new duct bank at Primary Sludge Pump Station #1. The services shall include (1) the evaluation of potential paths from the power source at the blower building to Primary Sludge Pump Station #1 located in the center of 4 primary clarifiers, (2) design of a duct bank to contain conduit for power and instrumentation with appropriate spacing, (3) preparation of construction plans and specifications for advertisement, and (4) bidding and construction support during these phases of this project. The City of Fresno reserves the right to reject any and all submissions.
