Awarded amount is $173,510.95** The City of Mexico Beach will receive sealed bids from any qualified person, company or corporation interested in constructing: WATER TIE-INS WEST HWY 98 RFP 2019-06 The project includes. Checks should be made payable to DEWBERRY. The completion date for this project will be 30 days for Substantial Completion and 45 days for Final Completion from the date of the Notice to Proceed presented to the successful bidder. Liquidated damages for failure to complete the project on the specified date will be set at $100.00 per day. Please indicate on the envelope that this is a sealed bid, for the "WATER TIE-INS WES T HWY 98". The City of Mexico Beach reserves the right to waive informalities in any bid, to accept and/or reject any or all bids, and to accept the bid that in their judgment will be in their best interest All bidders shall comply with all applicable State and local laws concerning licensing registration and regulation of contractors doing business to the State of Florida.
