Site work and paving for a civil project in Lynn Haven, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

This project generally consists of water and wastewater utility relocations along SR 390 between Indiana Avenue and Carla Lane to accommodate the FDOT SR 390 East resurfacing and shoulder widening project (FPID #440149-1). The project involves the installation of approximately 1,650 LF of 2" and 6" PVC water main, 2,100 LF of 8" HDPE directional bore, twenty-three (23) existing water system cut-in connections, and abandonment of 4,700 LF of existing water main with all valves, fittings, fire hydrants, services and appurtenances. The project also involves the parallel relocation of 800 LF of 12" PVC force main and 350 LF of 12" reuse water main with all valves, fittings, and appurtenances A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% shall accompany the Bid. The City of Lynn Haven ("City") reserves the right to reject any and all Bids. All Bids shall be firm (including all labor and material prices) for a period of 30 days after opening. Performance & Payment Bonds will be required from the awarded Bidder. Sureties used for obtaining bonds must appear as acceptable according to the Department of Treasury Circular 570. A mandatory pre-bid conference will not be held. The City shall award the Contract to the Bidder who the City determines in its reasonable discretion that offers the City the better value based upon the overall unit prices for the various portions of the potential Work that may be authorized pursuant to the Contract. The Owner has the right to waive any informalities, to reject any or all bids and modify quantities. Any person or affiliate who has been placed on the convicted vendor list following a conviction for a public entity crime may not submit a bid or a contract to provide any goods or services to a public entity, may not submit a bid on a contract on a public entity for the construction or repair of a public building or public work, may not submit bids on leases of real property to a public entity, may not be awarded or perform work as a contractor, supplier, subcontractor, or consultant under a contract with any public entity, and may not transact business with any public entity in excess of the threshold amount provided in Section 287.017, for Category Two for a period of 36 months from the date of being placed on the convicted vendor list.
