Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lynn Haven, Florida. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The Commissioners of the City of Lynn Haven are seeking civil engineering services relating to the design of improvements for the Tennessee Ave. Sidewalk Project. The scope of this project will include the surveying, design, and permitting (if applicable) of a 5' sidewalk along the west side of Tennessee Ave. between 5th Street and 14th Street in Lynn Haven, Florida as identified in the City's Local Agency Participation contract with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT). The complete scope of services can be found in Part III of the Request for Qualifications. Consideration will be given to only those firms that are qualified pursuant to law and that have been pre-qualified by FDOT to perform the indicated types of work. all communications between interested firms and the City must be directed to the City's Contracts & Grants Manager, in writing, via email.
