Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lynn Haven, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a library; for paving for a library; road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project includes construction of a new parking lot at the library, senior center and Sheffield Park. All bidders shall be FDOT certified in the following major classes of work: 1. Sidewalks 2. Drainage 3. Grading 4. Grassing, Seeding and Sodding 5. Pavement Marking (can be subcontractor) 6. Roadway Signing (can be subcontractor) 7. Asphalt Paving. There will be no Mandatory pre-bid meeting for this project. Each bidder must provide a Bid Bond or security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information to Bidders. Performance & Payment Bonds will be required from the awarded Bidder. Sureties used for obtaining bonds must appear as acceptable according to the Department of Treasury Circular 570. The Owner has the right to waive any informalities, to reject any or all bids and modify quantities at any time.
