Pursuant to the City Code, the City of Lynn Haven, Florida (The "City") invites sealed bids from qualified firms for IFB number IFB 24.25-01 "Well #5 Rehabilitation" for purposes of securing mobilization, inspection, and pump assembly services for Well #5. Inquiries regarding bid specifications can be made by emailing VGainer@cityoflynhaven.com The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals or to waive any informality, existing in any proposal, or to accept the proposal which best serves the interest and intent of this project from the most responsive and responsible proposer. All questions or concerns regarding this Invitation for Bid must be submitted by January 31, 2025 at 4:30 p.m. CST in writing to or by email to: Lisa R. No plea of ignorance by the bidder of conditions that exist or that may hereafter exist as a result of failure or omission on the part of the bidder to make necessary examinations and investigations, or failure to fulfill in every detail the requirements of the City, shall be cause for additional compensation to the vendor.
