Upon request after the bid opening, the Bidder shall submit a fully executed AIA A305 Contractor's Qualification Statement to be qualified as the lowest responsible bidder. Addenda for this project will be emailed to each plan holder of record, except as noted. E-mails will be from "BidCaster Notification." Large addenda and addenda containing full sized drawings will be issued in hard copy format only and sent via UPS.
