RIGHT TO WAIVE OR REJECT The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all Bids. BID SECURITY Each Bidder must deposit with its Bid, security in an amount and form subject to the conditions provided in the Contract Documents. WITHDRAWAL OF BIDS Withdrawal of Bids will be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. COMPLETION TIME The work of this project shall be completed by the dates set forth in Division 01 Specifications. INSPECTION OF SITE Bidders will be able to visit the Site at the convenience of the Sherrill City School (VVS) with a minimum of fortyeight hours prior notification to Watchdog Building Partners, Derek Brown at (585) 455-8854. REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION Requests for interpretation, information or clarification (RFI) of the Contract Documents must be made in writing to King + King Architects. Responses to RFIs will not be made over the telephone. Responses to RFIs will be advisory only and will not modify the Contract Documents.
