Site work and paving for a road / highway in East Pennsboro, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to East Pennsboro Township in the amount of five percent (5%) of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid. Each bidder must be prepared to submit evidence of his qualifications to perform the work. Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is not subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended. Bidders should refer to federal and state statutes, rules and regulations dealing with the prevention of environmental pollution and the preservation of public and natural resources pursuant to PA Act No. 1972-247. The Contract Time for this project is one hundred twenty (120) calendar days. East Pennsboro Township reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids.
