Sealed bids are requested for 2026 CDBG Curb Ramp Replacements in East Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. Bids must be submitted online via the PennBid Program. A bid bond or certified check for 5% of the maximum bid is required with each submission. Bidders must be prepared to provide evidence of their qualifications. The project is funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and is subject to the Davis-Bacon Act, Section 3 of the Housing Act of 1968, and Executive Order 11246 prohibiting discrimination in employment. The contract time is sixty (60) calendar days. East Pennsboro Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
