Site work and new construction of a retail development in Covington, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the construction of a retail development.
Project Located Within the City of Covington along the Ohio River Floodwall From West of Madison Road Landing to Greenup Street.The Project Includes the Construction of a New Plaza, Tiered Seating Area, And Walking Path Connecting a Walking Path Constructed in 2017 to Madison Landing And New Parking Improvements on Greenup Street. The Project Also Includes Improvements to the Madison Landing and Greenup Street. Please contact Lori Hill with questions (859) 292-2112 or lhill@covingtonky.gov. Questions may be formally submitted to Rick Davis, Public Works Director/City Engineer no later than 72 hours prior to Bid Closing. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the bid. All contractors and subcontractors must be Prequalified with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet. Prime contractors and DBE subcontractors must be prequalified at the time of the bid opening. There is a DBE goal of 8% for the project. The successful bidder will be required to provide a payment and performance bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and accept the Lowest Responsible Bidder. KY
