On behalf of the City of Covington, KY, the Neighborhood Services Department is seeking development proposals for a vacant residential parcel that the City owns at 402 E 11th Street, Covington, Kentucky. The purpose of the sale is to return long-time vacant property back to a productive community asset. The City of Covington seeks qualified Developers to acquire and redevelop the property in a manner that has the greatest positive impact to the Eastside neighborhood. This parcel is in close proximity to MLK Jr. Blvd Bridge leading into Newport, KY, and the Licking River. It is also in the neighborhood of Randolph Park. Questions Due Date: Apr 28th 2023, 4:30 PM EDT The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
