**As of April 27, 2023 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Improved residential property with residence and attached garage, and outbuilding. Residence is single story frame on a basement with walkout. Residence is 1,893 sqaure feet first floor and 1,198 finished in the basement. Basement also has a 2-car garage. Outbuilding is a wood sided storage shed, 36 sqaure feet, with insulation and electricity. Acquiring log commercial building, building is 300 square feet with a basement. Deadline for written questions All questions shall submitted in writing by the date and time specified. No questions shall be accepted after the date/time listed unless the question(s) is considered material to the procurement. Oral questions will not be accepted at any time except for bid procedural clarifications.
