Site work for a mixed-use development in Covington, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a clubhouse / community center; and water / sewer project.

Proposals should include labor and materials to install new water line Install new 2" meter at determined site located near Independence Station Road Bore approximately 2000 feet of new water main to existing clubhouse Routing course of bored line shall be held as tight as possible to predetermined path to be approved by Kenton County Golf Course. Underground utilities should be marked before any work is completed. Install 2" Poly (plastic) water line with 17-gauge tracer wire. 2" CTS brass pack joints with stiffeners at each pipe connection Copper 2" K pipe used under slab in building Saw cut concrete at clubhouse along left side of garage door. New 2" lines stubbed behind washer location Install new 2" backflow preventer and tie into line above washer 2" Victailic connection capped off at existing 4" line. Disconnect existing filter lines in mechanical room Pin and pour back concrete in Clubhouse. Backfill and finish grade all holes and boring location as needed. Contractor must restore any disturbed ground to be brought up to existing grade, reseed and take account for settling. Work should be performed during normal business hours as approved by staff at the Kenton County Golf Course. Work will be performed on an active golf course.
