This project will be constructed under the following multiple prime contracts: 1. Bid Package A General Trades 2. Bid Package B Plumbing 3. Bid Package C HVAC 4. Bid Package D Electrical 5. Bid Package E Combined Plumbing and HVAC 6. Bid Package F Combined Plumbing/ HVAC/ Electrical 7. Bid Package G Fire Protection 8. Bid Package H Kitchen Equipment 9. Bid Package J General Construction Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond, made payable to the Owner, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, the right to waive minor informalities and procedures in bidding, and the right to withhold final award of contract for 60 days after opening bids.
