Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Ansted, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
The West Virginia Division of Natural Resources is soliciting bids on behalf of Hawks Nest State Park to establish a contract for Hawks Nest Lodge Renovations. Construction renovations and improvements to Hawks Nest SP Lodge. Including ADA upgrades to the existing facility. The apparent successful Vendor shall provide a two (2) year maintenance bond covering the roofing system. The maintenance bond must be issued and delivered to the Property and Procurement Office prior to Contract award. Technical Questions Due 9:00 a.m. ET 2020-08-04. Submit Questions to: West Virginia Division of Natural Resources Property and Procurement Office Attention: Jamie Adkins. The Agency may accept or reject any bid in whole, or in part in accordance with West Virginia Division of Natural Resources Series IV Purchasing Guidelines and Procedures 4.1. f. and 6.4. b. *This project timeline has been extended due to the public health crisis.
