Renovation of a municipal facility in Ansted, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Town of Ansted, 30 Rich Creek Road, Ansted, Fayette County, West Virginia is in the process of obtaining construction quotes for renovations to the second floor Town Hall office space. The scope of work will consist of the following: 1. Installation of an inside access stairway to the second floor 2. Installation of plumbing for a single bathroom and a breakroom 3. Installation and finishing of drywall 4. Installation of drop-ceiling 5. Installation of flooring throughout, or possible refinishing of existing hardwood. The Town of Ansted will afford full opportunity to disadvantaged business enterprises to submit a show of interest in response to this invitation and will not discriminate against any interested firm or individual on the grounds of race, creed, color, sex, age, handicap, or national origin in the contract award.
