Procurement of said services shall be in accordance with Chapter 5G of the West Virginia State Code, and applicable federal regulations meeting requirements of OMB Circular A-87, Attachment O, Section 11, Paragraph C(5). All consultants interested in being considered for this project must submit 3 (three) copies each of (1) Letter of Interest; (2) Statement of Qualifications and Experience of staff persons who will be in charge of the project; and (3) References. All work will be performed in accordance with the regulations issued by the Federal Agencies and the State of West Virginia. The selected firm will be required to comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, The Americans with Disabilities Act, and other applicable regulations of the various federal agencies, including Conflict of Interest Statement and Access to Records provisions. The Town of Ansted will afford full opportunity to disadvantaged business enterprises to submit a show of interest in response to this invitation and will not discriminate against any interested firm or individual on the grounds of race, creed, color, sex, age, handicap or national origin in the contract award.
