Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Ashland, Virginia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 10,000-square-foot transportation facility; and 1,800-square-foot office development.
The project is generally described as: Provide all materials, labor, equipment, and other incidentals necessary for the construction of a Corporate Hanger building including hanger and associated office, and associated site improvements for the County of Hanover, VA. The building will be approximately 11,800 gross square feet in area (10,000 hanger, 1,800 office) and include associated site work, and landscaping, exterior site lighting and utilities work. Coordination and testing will be required as noted in the Contract Documents. All Work shall be as described in the Project Manual and shown on the Contract Drawings. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bid Documents or Contract Documents shall be submitted to the ARCHITECT in writing. In order to receive consideration, all questions must be received by the ARCHITECT prior to 3:00 P.M., April 17, 2019. Any changes made to the written requirements of the Bid Documents shall be made by written Addendum only.
