Site work for a water / sewer project in Ashland, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project is generally described as: Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, transportation, and incidentals necessary for mainline gravity sewer rehabilitation and sewer service lateral rehabilitation. All work shall be as described in the Project Manual and shown on the Contract Drawings. Construction of the Mechanicsville Sewer Rehabilitation Project, Hanover County, Virginia. All work shown on Drawings and/or called for in these Specifications shall be performed under the General Contract, unless specifically noted to the contrary in the Contract Documents. The project work associated with the mainline rehabilitation and manhole rehabilitation will be contracted as lump sum. The project work associated with the sewer lateral rehabilitation will be contracted as unit price. The project includes, however is not limited to: a. Rehabilitation of approximately 10,558 linear feet of 8-inch gravity sanitary sewer by cured-in-place liner (CIPP) b. Rehabilitation of approximately thirty-seven (37) existing laterals with full wrap main to lateral CIPP installation
