Gwinnett County Department of Water Resources (Owner) has implemented an aboveground pre-stressed concrete tank repair and rehabilitation program. The program includes individual tank maintenance, repair, and rehabilitation. The work on all tanks will be in conformance with AWWA D110, ACI 350, latest editions, and other applicable standards. Owner has 28 aboveground pre-stressed concrete tanks; 17 are used for potable water processes and finished water (W) and 11 are used for raw municipal wastewater and wastewater processes (WW). Bids are legal and binding upon the bidder when submitted. All bids should be submitted in duplicate. Award will be made to the contractor submitting the lowest responsive and responsible bid. Gwinnett County reserves the right to reject any or all bids to waive technicalities and to make an award deemed in its best interest. Bids may be split or awarded in entirety. Gwinnett County reserves the option to negotiate terms, conditions and pricing with the lowest responsive, responsible bidder(s) at its discretion.
