Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Norman, Oklahoma. Design plans call for the renovation of a road / highway; water / sewer project; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and bridge / tunnel.
****The contact(s) will not accept phone call inquiries at this time.**** This project is located along 36th Ave SE from Cedar Lane Road to State Highway 9 (SH-9). 36th Ave SE will be widened from the existing 2-lane roadway to 4-lanes with on-street bicycle lanes. The widening will also require the replacement of the bridge carrying Dave Blue Creek under 36th Ave SE and the addition of a stormwater drainage system throughout the corridor. Additionally, ADA compliant sidewalks will be added along each side of the roadway. As of November 22, 2024, project is still in design, Designer and contractor selection have not been identified. Construction is scheduled to start in 2025.
