The Work to be performed shall include: Construction of approxi - mately 11,300 linear feet of pavement restoration and roadway channelization including but not limited to planing bituminous pavement, hot mix asphalt overlay, curb ramp upgrades, signing, roadway channelization, temporary traffic control and other work necessary to complete the Project. The Subcontractor List must be submitted with the bid package within the deadline.. Engineer's Estimate for this work is $2,100,000 to $2,700,000. All physical work shall be completed in the time specified in Section 1-08.5. All bid. proposals shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the form of a certified, or cashier's check or surety bid bond made payable to the City of Redmond, for a sum not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of such bid including sales tax, and all listed additives and alternates. The City of Redmond, in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Eights Act of 1964. hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, business enterprises as defined at 49 Code of Federal Regulations Part 26 will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds ofrace, color, natural origin, or gender in consideration for an award.
