The City is soliciting bids from licensed contractors to provide fire extinguisher inspection and maintenance services. This contract will be awarded for one (1) year, from July 5, 2021 to July 4, 2022. The City reserves the right to renew this contract for four (4) additional one-year renewal terms, for a potential maximum total term of five (5) years (Attachment C, Option for Renewal), provided that 1) Contractor is in compliance with the terms and conditions of the contract and, 2) that the annual payment is cost-effective as determined by the City, and 3) that sufficient funds have been appropriated by the City Council. The City reserves the right to cancel this contract at any time, upon thirty (30) days written notice to the selected Contractor.
