Project for the following: '2019 Street Reconstruction and Paving' on Various Streets in the Borough of Schuylkill Haven, Schuylkill County as follows: 4,096 SY of Full Width Milling at 4^' depth 361 SY of Full Width Milling at 1^' depth 738 Tons Bituminous Binder Course with 19.0mm at 360 lb/sy 519 Tons Bituminous Wearing Course with 9.5mm at 180 lb/sy All materials must meet Penndot Pub. 408 Specifications and Standards, bidders need to be Penndot prequalified. Proposals must be on forms provided by the Borough. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the bid made payable to Schuylkill Haven Borough. The successful bidder for the "2019 Street Reconstruction and Paving" project will be required to provide a Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price within 20 days of the award of the contract. PA Prevailing Wages Apply to Road Construction Contracts in excess of One Hundred ($100,000.00) Thousand Dollars.
