The United States Army Contracting Command - New Jersey, on behalf of the 99th Readiness Division, requires construction services for the repair of the Organizational Maintenance Shop (OMS) entry and interior upgrades at the Robert E. Roeder United States Army Reserve Center. The scope includes improvements to the facility's entryway and interior areas, as detailed in the Solicitation, Specification of Work, Davis Bacon Wage Determination, Construction Format Spreadsheet Cost Breakdown, SF 1413, and Technical Exhibit Repair OMS Entry.
