Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Indianapolis, Indiana. Completed plans call for the addition of a 8,658-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

As of August 12, 2019, Construction on this project has started, and is underway. All necessary trades for the project have been let. Additions and remodeling to an existing elementary school. The additions are a classroom addition of 4,158 sf, a courtyard infill addition of 3,418 sf, and administrative addition of 548 sf and a vestibule addition of 538 sf. Renovations include the existing administrative area and limited classroom renovations Work includes site improvements, infill additions, structural steel and cold form mental framing, unit masonry, roofing, security upgrades, windows, doors, door hardware, new finishes, ceilings, casework, and specialties, MEP upgrades Type of bidding and classes of work: Bid categories as established by the construction manager and as listed below: Bid Item 01 - Earthwork, Erosion Control and Site Utilities Bid Item 02 - Landscaping Bid Item 03 - Asphalt Paving and Curbs Bid Item 04 - General Trades Bid Item 05 - Drywall Acoustical Bid Item 06 - Painting Bid Item 07 - Flooring & Tiling Bid Item 08 - Aluminum Storefront and Glazing Bid Item 09 - Fire Protection Bid Item 10 - Mechanical Bid Item 11 - Electrical Bid Item 12 - Kitchen Equipment Bid Item 13 - Traffic Signal Arrangements to visit and examine the site in accordance with the General Instructions to Bidders may be made by contacting Hagerman, Inc., Jim Iddins, Project Manager, cell phone 260-920- 4188.
