Site work for a water / sewer project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of May 14, 2019 the project has been awarded and award amount is $508,033.33. Furnishing all plant, labor, material and equipment and performing all work required for the Construction of Water, Sanitary and Drainage Facilities in Balmoral Sec 12. There will not be a pre-bid conference. The project is located in Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 400, Harris County, Texas. The site is approximately 4,000 feet north of North Sam Houston Parkway East and East of Woodland Hills Drive, Harris County Key Map No. 376-V. For construction contracts over $250,000, the bidder shall submit either a certified or cashier's check on a responsible bank in the State equal to two percent (2%) cashier' check or a five percent (5%) bid bond of the maximum total bid amount. Make the cashiers check or bid bonds payable to the Owner. Pursuant to Texas Government Code 2252.908, you must be able to provide Balmoral LT, LLC (The Owner) with a printed, executed and notarized original of a completed Certificate of Interested Parties form (Form 1295) with the bid. Failure to do so will result in the Owners inability to execute the contract. To complete the disclosure of interested parties form, or for further information, please visit the Texas Ethics Commission The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all irregularities. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of 90 days from the date bids are open.
