The Project consists of site grading, electrical construction, concrete construction, and installation of a block storage area. A certified check, cashiers check or bid bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid, made payable to the City of Benton Harbor will be required with each bid as security for the proper execution of the contract. A 100% Labor, Material, and Performance Bond will be required of successful bidder No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the scheduled opening without consent of the OWNER.
