Site work and paving for a road / highway in Jonestown, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Bids must be submitted on the Bid Form provided and must be accompanied by a cashiers check, certifi ed check or acceptable bidders bond payable without recourse to the City of Jonestown, Texas in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the bid submitted as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract and execute a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond within ten (10) days after the notification of the award of the contract. The City Council will offi cially review the bids at the next regularly scheduled meeting and award the contract as soon thereafter as practical. The City of Jonestown reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, as the best interest of the City may require, and to waive any informality in bids received. The City of Jonestown also reserves the right to award the Contract as may be advantageous to the City.
