Renovation of a water / sewer project in Edina, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The project will be bid lump sum, but includes the following major items: sanitary sewer bypass clear and grub vegetation existing utility and building demolition providing upgrades electrical power, controls and communications providing cast in place concrete slabs and pad sanitary sewer piping sanitary sewer forcemain precast concrete splitter structure lift station 6 building including precast panels, cast in place wet well, framed roof process piping valves and appurtenances building hvac and plumbing controls system hardware special coatings and paint exterior building improvements demonstration testing, commissioning and accesptance testing bituminous and concrete paving site regarding site restoration, landscaping, vegetation establishment add alternate - The bid bonds must be payable to the City of Edina in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of bid, to be forfeited as liquidated damages in the event that the bid is accepted and the bidder shall fail to promptly enter into a written contract and furnish the required bond.
