Paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Morrison, Colorado. Completed plans call for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for the renovation of a educational facility.
Removing modular buildings, security renovations, updating more energy efficient windows, updating electrical wiring, HVAC, commericail kitchen upgrades, parking lot upgrades, replacing old carpeting and tiles, lighting, ceilings, and other renovations. In the fall of 2018, Jeffco voters approved ballot measure 5B, a $567 million bond investment, for needed capital improvement projects at schools across the district. As of November 22, 2021, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified.
