Renovation of a mixed-use development in Guffey, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; and library.

Provide itemized list of labor and materials used to replace and repair roof shingles. i. Removal and disposal of old; asphalt shingles, paper and ice & water shield ii. Installation; new metal roofing and synthetic high temperature underlayment iii. Installation; high temperature ice and water shield as required by Building Code iv. Disposal of all job site materials v. Quantity of materials shall be verified by bidder/contractor Location(s) of service requested i. Guffey Community Center ii. Guffey Library Community Center 24 total squares (shingle count) 42.5 feet of ridge 127.5 feet of eave 109 feet of rake 42.5 feet of sidewall flashing Total expenses including material, labor and fees will not exceed $31,200.00 Library 42.5 total squares (shingle count) 25 feet of ridge 150 feet of eave 95 feet of rake 51 feet of sidewall flashing Total expenses including material, labor and fees will not exceed $41,600.00. Total project cost for both job sites will not exceed $72,800.00. Job site will be cleaned throughout construction lifecycle including haul away and disposal of all materials. Potential onsite staff includes surveyors, engineers, management, laborers, inspectors and other authorized staff. Project build lifecycle from onsite start to finish is approximately 21 days.
