Demolition, site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Ancram, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Work includes provide and install a new 33,000 gallon glass-fused-to-steel elevated water storage tank. Connect to the existing underground water distribution piping. Replace existing booster pump station with new one. Disconnect from service, clean, restore and preserve the existing historic masonry water tower. Convert it to an observation tower. Disconnect and remove existing booster pump station electrical equipment. Provide and install new secondary power wiring, distribution panels and electrical equipment at the water storage tank, booster pump station and water treatment plant. Provide and install new wired and wireless control systems at the water storage tank, booster pump station and water treatment plant. Provide and install new solar power system at the water storage tank. Minority Owned Business Enterprise: 1% Women Owned Business Enterprise: 2% All RFI's are due by 3:00 PM on November 27, 2019 Contract term: 270 days after agreement has been approved by the NYS Comptroller's Office
