The scope of work is to include the interior and exterior renovation of Memorial Park Pavilion in Swanton, Ohio. This work includes, but is not limited to, door and shutter replacement, concrete repair, new fireplace, electrical lighting upgrades, and new serving counter with sink. Additional items included in this work. The cost of printing is to be paid to the printing company at the time the drawings are picked up. Shipping and tax charges are the bidder's responsibility and payable directly to Becker Impressions. Bidders must be on the official bidders list of PDG's Planroom in order to submit a bid. The Engineer for the Project is Poggemeyer Design Group, Inc., 1168 North Main Street, Bowling Green, Ohio 43402. Each bid must be accompanied by either a bid bond in an amount of 100% of the bid amount with a surety satisfactory to the aforesaid Fulton County Commissioners or by certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit upon a solvent bank in the amount of not less than 10% of the bid amount in favor of the aforesaid Fulton County Commissioners. Bid Bonds shall be accompanied by Proof of Authority of the official or agent signing the bond. Bids shall be sealed and marked as Bid for Swanton Memorial Park Pavilion Renovations and mailed or delivered to: Fulton County Commissioners 152 S. Fulton Street, Suite 270 Wauseon, Ohio 43567. Attention of bidders is called to all of the requirements contained in this bid packet, particularly to the Federal Labor Standards Provisions and Davis-Bacon Wages, various insurance requirements, various equal opportunity provisions, and the requirement for payment bond and performance bond for 100% of the contract price. No bidder may withdraw his bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The Fulton County Commissioners reserves the right pursuant to ORC.9.312 and Fulton County Commissioners Code of Ordinances Section 103.01 to reject any and all bids and to waive any non-material irregularity in determining the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
