The scope of work for this project shall include providing all labor, materials, equipment to complete the design, permitting, and construction for replacement/renewal/rehabilitation of approximately five hundred twenty-seven linear feet (527 LF) of aging 60 diameter Corrugated Metal Pipe (CMP) with Reinforced Concrete Pipe (RCP) or alternative material/method with similar lifespan such as but not limited to cured in place pipe, sliplining, etc. The existing pipe receives stormwater flow from US-1 and other adjacent areas located in South St. Augustine Shores, Florida. The drainage outfall pipe conveys stormwater through the Moultrie Trails subdivision. St. Johns County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids/proposals, waive minor informalities, or award the bid/proposal which best serves the interests of St. Johns County.
