** Estimated Range $900,000-$1,000,000** Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a certified check, bank check, or bid bond in the amount of: $50,000.00 (FiftyThousand Dollars and No Cents ).Upgrading the HVAC System, along with associated General Construction, Electrical and Mechanical work. Minority Owned Business Enterprise (MBE) 13% Women Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) 17% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business 4% The completion date for this project is 140 days after agreement has been approved by the NYS Comptroller's Office.In the event the Contractor fails to complete all the work on time, the Contractor agrees to pay the Office liquidated damages in the amount referenced in Article 14.10 of the General Conditions. All RFI's are due by 10 am Friday, May 17, 2019. RFI's that are received after this time will NOT be processed.Make checks payable to oprhp (office of parks, recreation and historic preservation). By mail, send the check to the engineering department, oprhp, p.O. Box 247, babylon, new york 11702. A separate check in the amount of $3.00 made out to: "reserve account" must be included for mailing; for fedex accounts, a completed air bill must be included. .
