As of September 5,2019 This project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The following goals for MWBE participation on this project have been established at: Minority Owned Business Enterprise (MBE) 13%,Women Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) 17%. The completion date for this project is 60 days after agreement has been approved by the NYS Comptroller's Office. All RFI's are due by 10 am Tuesday, July 30, 2019. RFI's that are received after this time will Not be processed. In accordance with State Finance Law, section 139J, the following agency staff has been designated as contact for this contract. Mr. Scott Fish, Mr. Scott Sepela, and Ms. Margaret Ziminski. All can be contacted at 631-321-3544. Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a certified check, bank check, or bid bond in the amount of: $70,000.00 (Seventy Thousand Dollars and No Cents). The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond in the statutory form of public bonds required by Sections 136 and 137 of the State Finance Law, each for 100% of the amount of the Contract.
