Site work for a water / sewer project in Cheyney, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
A certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid, made payable to the Township of Thornbury, must accompany each bid. Envelopes should be plainly endorsed separately for the Storm Sewers/Inlet Repairs. Attention of Bidders is called to all of the requirements contained in the bid package, particularly to the PA Prevailing Wage Rates, Public Works Employment Verification, various insurance requirements, various equal opportunity provisions and the requirements for a payment bond and performance bond for 100% of the contract price and a one year maintenance bond for 10% of the contract price. The Township of Thornbury reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids thereof, and waive any information in the bidding, as they deem in the best interest of the Township.
